Our Watch Service Steps:

We:

1. Receive your watch and Inspect it. All findings are notated and explained.
2. Disassemble your watch and record all serial numbers.
3. Clean all parts and Replace any that are worn. *Cases and Bracelets are polished only upon your request.
4. Reassemble your watch to manufacturers standards.
5. Pressure test and time. Conduct technical and aesthetic inspections.
6. Return the meticulously serviced watch to You, our Happy Client!

We offer Simple Watch Service, Minor Maintenance and Full Maintenance for simple to complicated watches.

Some of the more common reasons for watch service and repair include:

Simple Service –  battery replacements, strap replacement, bracelet length adjustments and timesetting

Minor Maintenance – repairing or polishing scratches and dings on the case or bracelet, new gaskets to maintain water resistant features of the watch

Full Maintenance – disassembly, inspection, repair and replacement of parts, cleaning, assembly, lubrication of internal mechanism (recommended every 3.4 years), calibration, adjustments, testing, case and bracelet cleaning and repairs if necessary with polishing upon customer request

After servicing, the watch is tested to confirm gaskets are in place and the watch is timing perfectly.
